Well, today was a great day! Mark actually took his 1/2 day off. WOW! I'm so glad I picked up that Gingerbread house at Sam's today. Mark and the kids did it all by themselves. Usually it's me doing all the things with the kids, like the zoo, and b-day parties, and school luncheons, and gingerbread houses and on and on and on, but not today. It was nice to enjoy watching the 3 of them with their creation while I took pictures and drank my coffee. Being the unprofessional cake decorator I steered very clear of telling them how to do it and just enjoyed the very messy, sticky process. We all listened to Christmas music and enjoyed each others company. I love how good it feels just to spend time with my family. Thank you god for today, it was a Great Gift.
